Payment Policy
Below are the payment methods our checkout accepts and an explanation of how card data is processed. If a method is not listed, we do not take it.
Methods we accept
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed through our payment gateway.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.
Klarna
Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.
Afterpay
Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.
Currency
Prices are shown and billed in US dollars throughout. We add no handling fee, so the total at checkout is what leaves your account.
How your card details are handled
Your card information goes directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection. It does not touch our servers, and we only ever see whether the payment cleared.
When you are charged
We charge at the point of order, not at dispatch. Where an order later cannot be fulfilled, it is cancelled and refunded completely. See the Cancellation Policy.
Declined payments
When a payment is declined nothing is charged and no order exists, although a pending authorisation can appear briefly. Check with your bank, and call +1 212-531-2723 if the problem persists.
