Cancellation Policy
You can cancel while the order is still with us. Below is how long that window is, how to use it and the options once an order has shipped.
Payment is taken and the order joins the picking queue at Little Shop of Crafts. From that moment until packing begins, cancelling is straightforward.
Call +1 212-531-2723 during opening hours or email contact@ucraftcorner.shop with your order number. Provided the order is unpacked, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.
After dispatch we have no way to stop a parcel. Treat it as a return instead – refuse delivery or post it back under the returns policy and we refund once it reaches us.
Orders we cancel
We occasionally cancel from our side – stock gone, a price shown wrongly, or an undeliverable address. You get the reason and a full refund to the original payment method.
Changing an order instead of cancelling
If you want a different quantity, another item or a corrected address, ring +1 212-531-2723 instead of cancelling. Changes before packing are simpler and you do not lose your dispatch slot.
